I’ve worked in sales and marketing teams for many years now, and I noticed that while companies usually have a CRM system in place (but not always), there isn’t a process in place to ensure that the organisation is getting the best return on investment for the customers or for themselves. I wanted to explore the benefits of a well managed CRM; pipeline, deal closures, data management and backend cleanliness.
